These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the paid "Glypher Premium" subscription within the Glypher app. They supplement, without replacing, the Terms of Use, which continue to apply to general use of the Service. By subscribing, you accept these Terms of Sale.
"Glypher Premium" is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, purchased and managed exclusively through Google Play (native Android in-app purchase). It grants access to a more generous daily credit allowance than the free tier, unlocked automatically without mandatory ads. The exact content of the offer (amounts, included features) may evolve; the version shown in the app at the time of purchase governs.
Under EU/UK consumer law equivalent to Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the standard 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun after your prior express consent and express waiver of your right of withdrawal. By checking the dedicated box before confirming your subscription in the app, you expressly request immediate performance of the service (access to credits upon purchase confirmation) and acknowledge that you waive, for that specific purchase, your right of withdrawal. This waiver is in addition to, and does not replace, Google Play's own refund policies, which remain applicable under their own terms (see Google Play's refund help).
The subscription grants access to translation and explanation features relying on third-party AI services (DeepL, Anthropic), which may contain errors, approximations, or mistranslations — see Section 8 of the Terms of Use. Subscribing to Glypher Premium carries no guarantee of results, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for professional or certified use.
For any complaint, first contact contact@glypher.app. Failing an amicable resolution within 60 days, and in accordance with French law (Article L616-1 of the Consumer Code), EU/UK consumers may use the following free consumer mediation service:

These Terms of Sale may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the last change. Any substantial change affecting an active subscription will be notified to you before it applies.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution or mediation, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence within the European Union.
